NTK ships from NYC. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days upon purchase date. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend. Once processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. NTK is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update.
Any customized merchandise is non-refundable. For any non-customized merchandise, NTK accepts unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 15 days from delivery date of product that is not customized or a final sale item. When returning an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order # as the subject and what the return contains. We will then process your return and e-mail you the label. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We only allow exchanges on a different size of the same item for non-customized merchandise.
Once the exchange item is received, we will send out your exchange.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email us and we will provide a free return label on orders that permit returns or exchanges.
2. Once the return is received and accepted, please allow 5-7 days to receive credit for returned items.
